Andrea Harrn is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, intuitive healer and expert in CBT, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. She sees clients at her practice in East London using an integrative approach which combines western science with eastern philosophy. For the past 18 years she has worked with many hundreds of people to help them find clarity, balance, acceptance, healing, meaning, forgiveness, recognition, freedom from addictions, inner peace and new perceptions of themselves and their place in the world.
Her aim in creating the Mood Cards series is to demystify psychology and mental health labels in a fun, meaningful and engaging way. Therapy in a box and book.
“Its important to understand our moods and emotions and to be able to communicate them effectively. The Mood Cards provide a fun way to look at yourself and your relationships. Using the questions allows for deep and meaningful thought and conversation about things that matter to you. Now more than ever, our world is changing and we need to be prepared. Emotional intelligence, empathy and spiritual connection are vital in building positive relationships and engagement.”

We’re on a mission to create a healthier, happier, more sustainable society. Our aim is to provide informative, inspiring and topical stories about mental health and wellbeing. The Mood Cards are not just for families; they’re also being used around the world in various workshops with professionals like carers.
