I am an experienced psychotherapist and expert in CBT, mindfulness and emotional intelligence with over 20 years experience. I offer counselling using an integrative approach to therapy to enable you understand yourself better and move forward. I will work with you to breakthrough barriers to become empowered and strong.
My holistic approach takes into consideration the “whole” of a person’s life – mind, body and soul. This might also include lifestyle, nutrition and belief systems.

My career in counselling began in 2000 working firstly for a bereavement service followed by 10 years at a drug and alcohol service as Senior Addiction Counsellor. In 2015, I created The Moods Cards for self-development, emotional intelligence and healing. The 42 different cards are based on the premise that psychology does not have to be complicated. THE MOOD CARDS are simple to use and offer a fun and accessible way to help you identify and explore your moods and emotions. They are suitable for professionals, clients and self-help individuals to help people understand the world through their own moods and feelings. The cards are now being sold world-wide, in over 30 countries and over 13 different languages.
I have in past run workshops and retreats on emotional intelligence and self-development across the UK in both private and corporate settings.
