Creator of The Mood Cards series and cards and books
In 2015, I created The Moods Cards for self-development, emotional intelligence and healing. The 42 different cards are based on the premise that psychology does not have to be complicated. THE MOOD CARDS are simple to use and offer a fun and accessible way to help you identify and explore your moods and emotions. They are suitable for professionals, clients and self-help individuals to help people understand the world through their own moods and feelings. The cards are now being sold world-wide, in over 30 countries and over 13 different languages.
This has now developed into The Mood Series of Cards and Books
I have in past run workshops and retreats on emotional intelligence and self-development across the UK in both private and corporate settings. I am not running any workshops or retreats at present but I do have a group on facebook called UK Retreats for Mind Body and Soul which please join in this is something you are interested in.
