Hi, I’m Andrea and I offer a professional service working with you towards your goals to enable you to resolve issues and conflicts, remove limiting beliefs about yourself, create new perspectives and live a mindful, successful and happy life.

I am an experienced psychotherapist and expert in CBT, mindfulness and emotional intelligence with over 20 years experience.  I offer counselling using an integrative approach to enable you understand yourself better and move forward.   I will work with you to breakthrough barriers to become empowered and strong.

My holistic approach takes into consideration the “whole” of a person’s life – mind, body and soul. This might also include lifestyle, nutrition and belief systems.

I have worked with hundreds of clients over the past 20 years to help them find clarity, balance, acceptance, healing, meaning, forgiveness, recognition, freedom from addictions, inner peace and new perceptions of themselves and their place in the world, I now look forward to meeting you or a member of your family.

  • I supervise managers and counsellors working in counselling services, drug treatment agencies, probation services, social services and other Health Service Settings.
  • I offer supervision support to counsellors and student counsellors

Creator of The Mood Cards series and cards and books

In 2015, I created The Moods Cards for self-development, emotional intelligence and healing.  The 42 different cards are based on the premise that psychology does not have to be complicated. THE MOOD CARDS are simple to use and offer a fun and accessible way to help you identify and explore your moods and emotions. They are suitable for professionals, clients and self-help individuals to help people understand the world through their own moods and feelings. The cards are now being sold world-wide, in over 30 countries and over 13 different languages.

This has now developed into The Mood Series of Cards and Books
