Hypnotherapy teaches you to fully relax your mind and body which can lead to profound improvements in your health and wellbeing. It can also work to re-programme patterns of behaviour within the mind, disable irrational fears and phobias, enable negative thoughts to be easily replaced with positive thoughts and suppressed difficult emotions to be overcome.
Hypnotic states are in fact day to day experiences so this will feel quite natural to you. It’s a bit like daydreaming, or the state between sleep and awake and hypnosis works directly with your subconscious mind while you are deeply relaxed.
