I am based in South Woodford which is on the Central line (London Underground) and less than five minutes walk from the tube. If you are coming by bus you can take the 179, W12, W13 or W14. If you are driving there is plenty of metered parking nearby or alternatively there is a large car park at Sainsbury’s where you can leave your car for 2 hours or at Marks and Spencer which is directly opposite.
