With the sad news today of the death of the wonderful actor James Gandolfini it got me to thinking about how many times my own clients have told me they have felt like Tony Soprano in the therapy room. There are some people who are always worried about something. Take A. She is worried about whether she will be able to climb the steps of a holiday villa that is not even booked yet. To worry is to be overly concerned with a situation or problem, spending time, thoughts and energy on something that has already happened or might happen, . There must be so many people around the world that spent last night worrying about Hurricane Sandy and the damage it might inflict, or loved ones caught in the storm.
